MEDICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE (NEXCo)

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, medical office management, or related field is preferred.
Valid driver's license.
Identifying customers' needs and recommending company products that best fulfill those needs.
Proven medical sales experience.
Awareness of competing products and advancements in field
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent organizational and consultative sales skills.
Finance Staff
QUALIFICATIONS:
Help with financial data entry and general bookkeeping.
Manage data, records, and reports by checking for errors and verifying accuracy of information.
Prepare receipts, vouchers, invoices, etc. for entry into data sheets.
Assist in preparation of financial statements and reports
Assist in creating and setting budgets
Update and maintain financial records
Prepare spreadsheets for data entry, including budgets, accounting information, etc.
Take direction from and report to the financial manager
Independently prioritize daily tasks and responsibilities
Provide stellar customer service to our clients and be informed on all company policy and practices (including data privacy)
Attend and take notes at all financial department meetings
Assist with audits as necessary
Adhere to current accounting/finance laws and regulations
Work to company standards
REQUIREMENTS:
Associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field preferred
Proven work experience as a Finance Officer or similar role
Knowledgeable in basic accounting/bookkeeping practices and processes
Computer knowledge and experience using Microsoft Suite (mainly Excel) and other accounting and data input software
Excellent communicator, both spoken and written
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Thrives working both independently (a self-starter) and collaboratively
Dependable, respectful and consistently works to uphold company ethics and standards
Purchaser/Procurement Officer
QUALIFICATIONS:
Purchase supply of products/materials
Determine the lowest cost for products/materials
Track and record orders
Receive orders and document arrivals
Manage supply base
Analyze market and delivery systems
Source and interview vendors; negotiate contracts and costs
Analyze supply base
Prepare requisitions and purchase orders
Monitor order expenses
Communicate performances and costs to management
Recommend new processes or systems for improvement; implement new ideas and strategies
Organize and schedule procurements in a timely manner
Operate equipment and follow all safety procedures
Comply to scorecard measurement system to track values
Communicate with vendors, clients, customers, team members, and managers to align goals
REQUIREMENTS:
With experience in procurement or purchasing
Experience in industry procedures, costs, and terms
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
Experienced at compiling and following strict budgets
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
